Passivation of all grades of Stainless Steel is what imparts the material with its well-known corrosion resistance. We process all grades of Stainless to MIL, ASTM, and AMS specifications.
- FERRITIC AND MARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEEL 400 SERIES, FREE MACHINING 300 SERIES – NITRIC 1
- AUSTENITIC 300 SERIES – NITRIC 2
- Nitric 1: 20 - 25% Nitric Acid, 2.5% Sodium Dichromate, 49 – 54 °C
- Nitric 2: 20 - 45% Nitric Acid, 21 – 32 °C
